I just do 16:8 and 1 or 2 24's a week. Im doing a 24 now. which diet are you on? I like LCHF for fasting. It makes it FAR easier than High Carb.

I am doing 500 carbs a day for two days of the week - choosing Monday and Thursday. I am looking at my visceral fat as I am an apple shape and my glucose levels were on the high side (I was a terrible snacker and nibbler on all the wrong stuff). I am hoping to lose weight and also lower my blood sugar levels.I am trying to out alot of simple card foods and added sugars. Tough this afternoon but I have a nice low carb dinner planned and then can eat moderately over the weekend. I did not die today - that's a result :)
