Today I weighed my self, because last week my weigh in was high I believe due to my cycle. I been working out, and cutting carbs. Lost 7 pounds.
221.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
