OK SO totally been blowing it. But today was a really good day. Going to stay under 1400 calories. That is my goal. And LOTS of water. I had a great work out too. Life has been so extra busy I have been allowing myself to eat too many carbs and sugar. Need to get back on track with that and with regular workouts. In doing so, maybe I will lose the 6 pounds I want to lose. Man! I guess I need some inspiration or something that will motivate me to stick to it. Feeling and looking my best really does feel better than too much bad for you food choices tastes.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
