I had a dream last night, where I was in college again, and a guy I was trying to impress was talking to me about exercise. He kind of brushed my waist with his hand, and I knew he had felt the layer of fat there. I told him that I wasn't interested in becoming leaner that I was worried about performance and health.
I half woke up and realized I am not really committed to actually losing weight if I came up with that answer so readily. I think I have some meditation to do about my commitment to my goals. This helps explain my wishy-washiness on tracking, and avoiding treats.
