Ate pretty well yesterday but still gained...I'm clueles
134.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1217 kcal Fat: 40.32g | Prot: 76.21g | Carb: 135.32g.   Breakfast: string cheese light, Light Fat Free Red Velvet Cake Yogurt, Coffee, Half & Half. Lunch: miracle whip light, American Singles, Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Hearty & Delicious 100% Whole Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner: raw sunflower, 2% Milk Mexican Taco Cheese, chicken, salad, craisins, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Ice Cream Cups - Chocolate Fudge Brownie, black licorice. more...
