alright JP...not sure about these avocado's.....for a whole one the calorie count is about 250....that is a lot of calories for such small food intake.

well i am sitting at 712 and still have dinner to go. i should still be able to be under 1100 by days end

Great work there, Jimmie! I was watching a workout video of a one armed young girl, jerking something like 150 pounds over her head with one arm. It was amazing. Give me an email and I will find it if you want? She did it like she was two armed but balanced underneath it with ONE ARM! Incredible!
