Still going down in weight, however, not as much as past 2 weeks (1 pound difference from last week). l was not able to keep my goal of walking 3 miles a day for five days due to weather and work. So I really need to start doing exercises on the days I can't walk. Either way Im going to keep my goal of walking 3 miles a day for 5 days or some form of exercise if I cant get out and walk!! Very happy with the progress!! Everyone have a blessed week!!😀👍
231.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
