I have been slipping a little this week, nothing drastic just enough to prevent a great loss, but should still record a small loss tomorrow. Today, I am focusing on what I can do today...I am at that stage, where I have been do really good on my choices but the bad foods are sneaking in... Not having the best of days today...feeling a little weak...I ate 1 coconut macaroon last night, with 8oz of whole milk...so, I am thinking that is why I feel bloated and weak today...My body is reacting to what I put in it!!

You have a lot on your plate. Maybe you have to build some treats into your food plan, so that when these week moments occur, (and they WILL occur) you don't have to beat yourself up. The real challenge is to decide what you want those treats to be. Without being too corny, sometimes I light a candle at dinner to compensate me, for the others eating pasta. Nothing satisfies like "3 donuts please" 🍩 🍩 🍩 Except a -2 at the end of the week. Stay strong BeaugezD.
