today begins a new day to being more accountable ive been letting myself go...and knowing all along i was in a food rut...not getting exercise like i once did...but today is a new day with the drive i once woke up with...just got back from a short 30 min walk...yes it was hard..havnt walked in so long..use to do it everyday for an hour or longer..now its a struggle...but one day at a time and i shall see changes in my body once again...older you get faster you expect changes to happen..if its really worth it...takes time an patience...
