The first week I started the 5:2 diet I fasted the 2 days but also calorie restricted for 4 days, I weighed in Sunday night at 88.3 kg then weighed again on Thursday and was 83.3kg!! 11lbs lost!!! I didnt think it was possible.
Mostly water I imagine. But it was a great motivational boost!.
