Oh yeah, stress eating like mad today! Finger in much better shape now: luckily, it was a venule and not an arteriole, if you can call the experience lucky :-)
Dealing with this transient fear of knives, I separated the remaining blocks of the fat bombs by pulling them out by the waxed paper lining the container, moving it all to a cutting board, and going at it with my mezzaluna (a crescent-shaped cutting tool - it kinda looks like an Ulu). After trimming off the parts that stuck to the waxed paper and putting the blocks back in the container, I was overcome with an urge to Eat. All. The. Shavings. So I did.
I am beginning to think my body needs more fat, on a regular basis, than I thought I "should" have. Either that, or more 4-7-8 breathing sessions...
