Ok so I guess I am offically sick of being on Atkins, since I have fallen off the diet wagon and got hit by the back tire. I have gained weight which is extremely depressing. I guess it is time for a different approach.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Looking over what you have been eating it doesn't really appear that you are following atkins at all. That is probably why it isn't working for you. Too much protein, not enough veggies and most days you were eating all kinds of things that are not meant for induction levels of Atkins.

I agree with Icy about some of your food choices but I also noted that your seem to be afraid to eat much "fat." Your fat counts are way low as are your calories. I understand your fears of eating enough and especially fats as I was a WW and low-fat advocate for years. You must increase your fats and veggie carbs for the Atkins program to work efficiently and correctly. The Atkins website can provide you with the tools if you don't have the new Atkins book. I know how frustrated you must feel but everyone here at FS has faith that you can pull this off. I have tried many, many diets in my lifetime and this one by far is the most satisfying and successful for me. This is a WOE and life that I can handle. Good luck...
