Feeling really good today. I've stayed OP all week and have only used some of my flex points. I've exercised almst everyday. My biggest challenge was not to weigh myself every day. It was doing more harm than good, so I am only going to weigh once a week. Other challenge is breakfast, while I've stayed within my points I've had high point unhealthy things for breakfast. So I need to get up earlier and eat breakfast before I go to work. Looking forward to WI on Sunday.
