So It's been about 2 months and 5 days since my last weigh in, and I've only lost 1.8 pounds, could've been more strict on myself with working out and eating a lot healthier, haven't necessarily gone all crazy with eating bad, had my cheats here and there mostly with beer, still a tad bit strict with no wheat so far so good. My friend and I have decided to do 4 month weight loss challenge it started on January and we are now on our last 30 days, so that means I have 30 days to push hard, I put myself on a 30 day fitness challenge, I'm not going to get the "amaze" body I want but it will be a start to push myself towards my goals and want to see how good the results will be, so far I've lost 6.6 pounds so I'm very happy about that!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you are doing so well! Congrats on the loss. You might find it more helpful to check in here more often to stay on track better. I find it helps me when I'm responsible to someone else because they give such great encouragement and keep me on track as to what I should be doing. :D
