i did weight in 2 weeks ago at 229 but i didnt want to update it on here because i wanted to see how well i did but seems i put 3 lbs back on but i have had alot of treats and missed 2 weeks of exercise because my parter and mine work weeks didnt give us any days off together but now i have started my new job and it's very physical im hoping it will natural drop off as i start work
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Fat secret is a wonderful help. Even though the weight is not the most important for me I use Fatsecret to keep an eye in the macros and calories in my food and try not to eat more than my maintenance calories. Only with Fatsecret help is possible to do this on an easy way.

Exercise is great for keeping healthy and toned, but it is not a huge help when losing weight. For every mile you walk you use about 100 calories. Same as doing without an extra slice of bread. Don't get me wrong, I exercise, but for the enjoyment not to burn calories. Today I did an hours strenuous dance class and my Fitbit says I used 368 calories.

Food is the only way to lose weight, unless you burn more calories than you consume. Which is seriously hard.

im just thinking every little bit will add up and id rather enjoy doing it than pushing myself beyond what i need i know its mainly food but i still wanna enjoy it i cant cut everything out so instead i just cut my portions

Sounds like a good plan. I hate excluding foods so don't, but I do reduce certain things (just don't read my latest journal entry for proof!). I've started using exercise as a distraction from food a wee bit. Evening walks while dinner cooks rather than sitting down with a glass of wine and some nibbles. It works well for me. Have fun
