ACCOUNTABILITY!
Accountability means many things to many people.
This week, I am going to work on being more accountable to myself with follow through!
I have been drinking water, counting calories, and exercising - but I have not been recording anything... haven't even been on FatSecret much.
I guess I hit a bump in the road, had to work through some things... but I am doing much better now and ready to walk the talk!
So now, its time to step up and be accountable to me!
How are you doing? How are you staying on track? What are you doing to jump those hurdles?
206.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have those off days and hopefully we'll all get back on track. In black in white we can't fool ourselves. I'm hoping I do better next week too-----think I need a kick in the butt.
