I'm not feeling the greatest these days... so yea... whatever, it's life, deal with it!!!
I'm at my lowest weight ever today... lovely.. 133.5 lbs.. didn't expect that one, but it's probably due to my nutrition, I am not very hungry these days and thinking of food makes me wanna puke... I still eat tho!!

Gym... hmm didn't go for the past 2 or 3 days.. not sure.. tonight... will go.. maybe!

The positive things are that every day my bf and I cook good and healthy food and we enjoy it... I love the new lifestyle... the rest will get fixed one day... .. .

Ohh...It's ok girl. It's ok to have those days once in a while. Like you've said it, it's life. From what I'm seeing it's not all that bad is it? You are still loosing, you're eating healthy and that's what counts. I'm going to the gym after work, so I'm gonna exercise twice as hard....just in case you don't get to go tonight :-)

hehe gemini... thx hunni for such nice words... exercise twice as hard and you will get good results ;) the bad part is not my weight or my diet.. that's actually the good stuff and the positive side of my life... there is more to it, but I just can't elaborate on here about it... complexe and not easy... vicious circle...
