:d So i weighted myself today and my scale said i lost 7 pounds!!!! i dont believe that however I did stop drinking juice and soda and it was as soon as I got up this morning so maybe thats what is helping my weight lost. Also,I try my best to eat five or six six small meals a day. I have been eating cereal every morning then a snack arond 10- 10:30 (like a friut) then lunch. For my after noon snack I will have another fruit of maybe a small salad. Depending on on my mood (sometimes I skip my afternoon snack). Now at dinner time I try my best to eat dinner at 6 but no later than 6 30. then at 7 45 I will have my last snack for the day. In addition I do not eat anything after 8pm if i do get hungry I drink a bottle water.

First of all, congrats on the weight loss! Second, what you ate today does not sound healthy at all (to me, at-least). I think you should strive to eat healthy, whole foods. A general rule of mine is to strive and eat food at the state it is when in nature - basically, if its wrapped in packaging, its no good. Job well done on cutting soda & fruit juices - you will see a weight loss based on that alone. Drink water! its good for you :) One more tip - try to weigh yourself in the morning, before you've had anything to eat or drink and after doing your business. It should give you a more accurate measurement of your body weight. Keep it up!

well thank you. About the food I eat well to me its healthier than what I normally eat. Also, if you check my calories you would see for that day I only eat 1243.
