I had a major illness on 7/8/11 and have not been able to work since then. I am slowly gaining weight so I need to start writing things i eat down again. I am not able to do much of teh exercise I was doing so am really out of shape. Dr said slowly increase my weights to 20 lbs over teh nest 2 months.

I major culprit was a cruise where I paid no attention at all to what went in my stomach so I gained 5 lbs. I need to lose at lease this before my next trip 10/17 for 10 days to Peru.
