Have to say that I am pretty happy with these last 5 days of the 17 Day diet. Everyday I step on the brandnew scale and find something gone. Feeling rather healthy as well. No cravings...but am noticing when I want to eat more, just to eat more. And I can "eat more" on this diet, it just needs to be cauliflower, broccoli, or chicken!
