Lost 3 lbs. and gained 1 lb of fat.

Lost 1 lb of lean mass.

Need to work out and stop eating sweets.
Try to write down all food in journal.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
