Even though I was up a pound this week I decided to eat a banana (over two days) It's not often I crave them, and when I do I listen to my body cause leg cramps are not fun and I exercise a lot. I have a hard time accepting that fruit is bad. Fruits are part of a normal healthy way of eating. Maybe once I'm at my goal weight I'll be able to add in more fruits with gaining. Right now I stick with 2 things, strawberries and apples (only 1/3 at a time with the apples) I think they would make a good snack or breakfast (as long as I eat protein too). I long to be able to have a peach or an orange, or some grapes.

Thinking I might try more bananas next week with no new food additions and see if I still can lose if I eat a banana every other day. I never was much of a fruit eater, that is till I'm not supposed to have it.

ahhhh fruit, I think of them often too ;) Great job adding foods in, I think I need to be doing that too soon, so I don't start becoming bored with the diet.
