I weighted myself yesterday at the gym. It was 166 lbs. I do not recommend getting the flu to loose weight. I have come in one inch on my belt notch. I hope to keep this new weight loss going. I just need to keep eating less and exercising more. That's the plan. I also am going to keep the food log going too.
