I'm taking my niece out to an Italian restaurant for dinner tonight as her birthday gift. QUICK, TELL ME WHAT I CAN EAT!! Thanks!

Skip the bread - get a caeser salad with shrimp on top and dressing on the side. Or eggplant rolatini which is eggplant parmesan without the pasta. I finally tried the technique of dipping the fork into the dressing and then taking a bite of the salad and it really works! I ate a huge salad with only 1 tablespoon of dressing!

That sounds so good!! I don't eat much italian, but that is where she wants to go.
