Just wanted to tell everyone on fs that I really appreciate all the honesty and knowledge put out there. I am learning a lot by reading every ones posts. I recently have reduced my intake of carbs and man I got to tell you,wicked bad headaches, hopefully they will subside soon. On the upside my scale is finally moving. Yippee! I wish everyone happiness and success on your journey to a healthy you. Thanks

I'm new in this community and I feel the same as you. About the headaches produced by low-carbs ingestion, I recommend you to do it gradually, not too quick, remember that you can have a lot of weigh-lose in the first 4 to 6 weeks but then you have to be smart and make changes to keep the rithm appropiate. If anything is giving you headaches try to configure your diet as wisely as possible that you can always have success.

Ty Campidoctor. That's why I love Fs,you can learn a lot from others. I have been reading constantly to educate myself on nutrition. Ya I want to lose weight,but my main goal is to do it in a healthy manner. Good luck to you.
