LOW CARB HIGH PROTEIN DIET
It's not a diet. It's a complete lifestyle change, and you MUST acknowledge that before you jump into it. If you go this route (Atkins, Low Carb), drop the weight and then go back to the way you used to eat, you will gain it ALLLLLLL back and then some. I have been low-carb for 4 years and I ONLY regress when I over-indulge in alcohol and sweets around the holidays. If you think you have it in you to try a lifestyle change? You will drop a TON of weight eating this way, but it's NOT a diet.
