Journaling less and skimming over everyone's entries...I need this time to do my work out! I have been dedicated and feel really good! I did face the scale, I did gain weight, but I am not obsessed over it. I have made less than good food choices and still recorded them all. I KNOW what I need to do to lose weight, but I also KNOW what I need to do to maintain my sanity. Right now, i am balancing work, home life, caring for two elderly parents,(one in our home and one in his home) helping out with grand kids, and miraculously enough...enjoying this life we have been given. I am very lucky to have a wonderful husband and support of my adult children. So hey, I guess I am counting my blessings today. Have a good one everyone!
