This is only day 3 of keeping track of my calories and I am already annoyed. I have the exercising down. 3 days a week at Ballys. I just don't feel like weighing my food, whoa is me.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 September 2011:
2483 kcal Fat: 65.81g | Prot: 154.03g | Carb: 322.65g.   Breakfast: water, Garlic Lover's Hummus, Pita Bread, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting). Lunch: Water, fuji apple, frenchs mustard, Hamburger Buns (Enriched), boca burger, white castle cheeseburger. Dinner: Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Sweet Onions, Beef Gravy (Canned), Beef Liver, White Rice. Snacks/Other: beef jerky original Pemmican, Ginger Snaps Cookies, welch's fruit juice drink-grape, nutella. more...

I am proud of you and this will work. We are holding ourselves accountable for what we are putting in our bodies. It's just a NEW way to look at food and start picking healthy choices.

It takes more than 3 days to change a lifetime of bad eating habits. Take it one step at a time. You can do it.
