I am really depressed right now. I weighed myself before lunch and no progress. I have been weighing myself at the gym and I am having a hard time understanding the scale. This is why I hate weighing myself. This is what makes me want to give up.

This is only day 3 of keeping track of my calories and I am already annoyed. I have the exercising down. 3 days a week at Ballys. I just don't feel like weighing my food, whoa is me.
