2.2 pounds down just since the 30th seems good! And going in the right direction! Good luck with it!

I don't quite understand your frustration. How much did you think you would be losing? You say in your post that it wasn't even a pound but yet the stat says 2.2 - if I lost 2.2 in a week, I would be ecstatic. If I stay even I am OK with that. I know every week is not going to be a losing week.

The reason it shows 2.2 is I forgot to put the first week and last week I stayed the same . I think I am not eating enough I am always hungry and its not a just because I want to eat my stomach is growling . Am I doing something wrong

It looks like you are not logging your food on this site. Are you using a different site? What helped me was logging everything I ate. That gives you a way to find out what's wrong. Without knowing it's hard to say what's going on.

You could track all of your food on this website to see the patterns of calories, carbs, etc., which might help you make adjustments that would help you lose weight going forward.

Oops, couldn't see CatHerder's comment when I posted mine. So, yeah, what he said!

Make sure you are getting enough protein. Smart points allows you to eat more protein for less points. Protein and good fats with help keep you satiated longer so you are not hungry. Make sure you eat all your smart points each day and use some extra points if you need. Drink your water and stay active. WW isn't a fast loss, but you may have weeks of bigger losses and weeks of smaller. Good luck!
