Moving along slow but happy with it .Today went to church then fishing with the family . What a beautiful day to do it and I caught the most but only catch and release they were not big enough to eat . Then I took a walk with the hubby always nice to have someone do walk with . As for the eating well I guess its hard for most on the weekends . But I think I am doing ok

Today I was weighed and well I am getting frustrated that it wasn't even a pound . I did really well being strick with the smart points on weight watchers . This is really hard . An what is really sick is I am hungry all of the time . I just have to keep saying to myself slow and steady wins the race.

Today I was ok I am still trying to get use to the new weight watchers an its very hard . Most of the days I feel very hungry and I have no clue why . But I am trying very hard to stay with this . I know easter was the hardest . The pies were very hard to calculate . And I have say I was good only two pieces and they were not large at all . I still haven't really exercised at all today . I have walked in past days. To push myself is very hard . Well sticking to the diet and eating right is I know I'm going in the right direction . Taking it one day at a time and one bite at a time . I want this really bad .
