This week, my weight loss was not what I was hoping. At least its in the right direction. I will choose to focus on patting myself on the back for the new good habit I'm working to establish-- gettting outside everyday for at least 20 minutes of walking, running, or biking. The dog needs it too! I think I'm on day 5 or 6 in a row....I have to get better about keeping track of exercise. Hopefully with a little more restraint around some of the sweets that tempted me this week, next week will be more impressive.

I'm also going to come up with some mini-rewards as I hit some of the milestone numbers leading down toward my end goal. I could use a pair of jeans that fit me and I'm going to get rid of all the pairs I don't like and don't wear because they are too big now. Nice problem to have.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
