Well,I didn't cut out sweet n low altogether but kept it at the 3 serving goal...of course without having my sweet coffee to run to in a craving emergency I ended up eating 2 daybreak bars instead of 1. That is probably more carbs than eating too many servings of sweet n low,lol.
