Saw Stan Clanton recently. 40 pounds lost. Mainly walking 10,000 steps daily.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

You cant out walk a bad diet....However, I am a believer in walking and how it helps with weight loss and health...Here's to walking for better health!!
