Slow, slow but consistent. Finishing an exercise room this week and will be starting an exercise program. Hoping that will get things really going. Studying labels and learning more each day, we have really been mislead regarding food content and safety. Really looking forward to the next few months.
210.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
