39 pounds gone! PTL!

Goals for this week.

Get to 174 by Saturday
Workout at the gym Monday,, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday this week.
Smoothies for dinner most nights.
Stay at my calorie range.
Feel good, bless others.
Post a picture on here in my gym clothes.


Be blessed
176.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
