So after, what I think is, 2 weeks of completely inconsistent training due to external affairs and a week down on the island retreat fixing a house (no complaints there though), I FINALLY get back to the gym to weigh in and move a little. Not the greatest of news, but it's just where I'm starting from now. So much has been weighing on my mind and the gym is my only defense! Let's hope I can keep it going!
