Ive noticed that when I get bored I want to eat something to cure my boredom. SO im keeping myself busy with crochetting and knitting xmas gifts for people.
The walk around the lake yesterday was nice. I want to go for another walk if the weather ever lets me. I love the weather here but it sucks for exercise. rain snow and cold is my favorite kind of weather. I HATE being hot. It is much easier to warm up then it is to cool down.
Got to make room to set up my tredmill.I miss running on it. It gave me an hour to myself.Just me,my music and a great feeling when I was done. I felt great. I was doing interval running twice a week.I think once I get my tredmill set up,I want to try running 4days a week. The 4 days a week I have off work. Now way am I going to feel like running 3.5miles after working 14 hours.
