Yesterday was TOUGH! We went to the fair and all the food looked and smelled so good! But I made it through without buying anything to eat until after we left.
Today friends came over so we grilled burgers and hotdogs. Hard not to eat all the chips and potato or pasta salads on the side.Now we are getting ready to go for a walk around our lake. 3 miles up and down hills. pushing a stroller and keeping up with kids and taking the dogs too.Got my friend Nicki to sign up on here today.When she gets her phone fixed I think it will be alot easier for her to keep track of her calories using the barcode scanner.I know the barcode scanner helps me alot.
I also bought some fun size 3 muskateers today so I can still get my chocolate fix without eatting a whole candy bar. Each fun size bar is 70 calories.chocolate is one weakness so I know I can not give it up completely so I can buy it in small calorie portions. Next month I and removing another 1/3 cup sugar from my tea. Trying to get it to where I am able to drink Unsweet tea and still enjoy the flavor.
Small steps. Still staying under my calories per day so im doing good on that aspect.Sit and watch a movie with the family after the walk.
