They say that in order to achieve a goal, you must make a plan and then just follow it. Kind of like going on a 2000 mile roadtrip.
Now that I am more than halfway to my goal, I must restate what one of my mentors, Jim Rohn taught about goals using the acronym SMART. As I am sure you know this means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-sensitive.
Using this, my next goal on June 3rd, 2016 says I WEIGH 185 pounds.
After that it's just a bit more work and a big shout out to my ultimate goal.
QUESTION: How often do you revisit your goals?
