Prayers answered, Casper has been found :) Very very happy right now, he found high ground in the woods, when they let them back in my brother walked the high water mark and called him and he came out like his backside was on fire. Still can't get to the house without swimming, but he has his dog. He said nothing else matters! Bless his heart...
Copied for those of you who didn't see my comment I made on my morning post. I am much relieved and I know he is too. He said he also found his neighbors dog and two donkeys who also followed him out of the woods. The donkeys belong to someone further down the road. God is good and he has infinite mercy! I cried like a baby when he called, and it sounded like he was doing the same thing.
