I weighed in yesterday and was pretty discouraged. I know it should not be a big deal only gaining like .2 of a lb. But I have been walking and watching what I ate, even if I didn't get to record it. The scale did not bear witness to any of my efforts and I was wanting to throw in the towel. I know better. I asked friends for support and they were all to happy to help!
So now I just have to remember not to always go by the scale, but by how I feel. I feel a little lighter. My clothes seem to fit a bit better. Slow and steady, wins the race, right? I feel like I have said that before. ha ha!
