It's a beautiful day out there today! This morning I woke up to 43 degree temps. Supposed to be mid 60's later this afternoon. Today is a rest day for me; I have a commitment after work tonight. My diet is on track, and going even better than expected. I'm losing about a half-pound every two to three days. Based on the trendline of my progress so far, I am predicting the following weight:
234 lbs. by Sept. 30
230 lbs. by Oct. 18
225 lbs. by Nov. 9
Expectations of quicker weight loss than that is unrealistic - doable but not sustainable. Paience is proving out that good things come to those who weight.
