Day Four(just started) I am not sure IF is for me. I will give it a few more days, maybe all I need is to adjust to it. It is not so much staying without food for a relatively long time, more the hunger I feel when I finally can eat something. I am ready to eat half a wild boar (the Europeans here know what I am talking about , Asterix & Obelix :-) ) I feel like I am overeating and so far not too well after each meal. It makes me tired and my stomach gets upset. Also, it feels more like a diet where you have to really suffer to achieve some weight loss and not so much a lifestyle. But it might be my mind playing tricks on me.
I was working in the yard yesterday, very strenuous work. There was a point when I did not know what to do anymore. No more strength, did not want to sit down, could not move... kind of lost. It was like the tank was empty and no reserve to draw from. Well, I survived. Had some Magnesium and my muscles are not that sore today. My back is a little stiff but that will go away once I start my next task.
