What a Week! I am sore, so sore. Not tired anymore, slept finally more than 9 hours and I am glad my knees don't hurt anymore as they did yesterday (never had problems before). We had a global meeting at work, 25 people overall, and I was the "One-Woman-Band". 12 hrs for 3 days - shopping, preparing, running around.
Did I do well food wise? I had half a brownie yesterday - desperation. There was no time, better - no energy to sit down and log anything. I prepared my meals as always and that was it. But temptation, oh temptation. As I said, I was cool until yesterday.
Well, my weight went into the other direction. I am frustrated. I have been there before,it goes up and down, and up and down but actually does not move. Last weigh-in I must have caught a pretty low one since it has not been there for the whole week. Overall, there is no change. I know, cortisol does not help to lose weight but I also know that there is no way to go on a treadmill on days like that, in a week like that to reduce it.
Someone once said - it is like gardening, if you need to weed, you need to weed. Heck no, if I can't, I can't. And that has nothing to do with willpower.
I will keep on going, I have no choice. If anything works, it is LCHF, anything else will make me sick.
