Decided the best way for me to lose weight isn't some shake diet. I do best when I keep track of everything I eat right here! I have had my best results when I have kept close track of everything I shovel into my mouth! Isagenix was ok, but I've had better luck on here. Looking forward to getting back on track!

One of the key rules of my diet is to avoid as much processed food as possible. Shakes are full of processed chemicals, good call on ditching them and good luck tracking and losing!

Isagenix is my answer 10 lbs from my goal 50 pound loss, eazy peazy but I am in a massive amazing support group and team we drive each other to succeed!
