Had a great walk on the first official day of the challenge. Worked up a sweat. I can see that I am not going to be able to keep this up during lunch or I am going to alienate my coworkers. That means either back to getting up and doing my workout at 3:30 or 4:00 AM or trying to find the time when I get home from work. Again, experience tells me to get my butt out of bed in the morning or it probably won't get done.
As I mentioned before, my eating plan is one of moderation. I eat what my wife sets before me. Only, she has been pretty good about cutting down on the portions. Tonight it was a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and creamy chicken and wild rice soup. Of course, I had to pass on it. NOT! I still don't think I went over my RDI (even though I think the RDI on this website is pretty liberal). I consider it a good day.
