Today has been a good day so far. I have stuck to eating what I have brought.

Someone brought in donuts, someonelse brought in chocolates. I resisted both.

I need to stay positive and keep it up and plan my diner accordingly.

Don't you love the saboteurs at work? I usually make a comment about how many useless sugar grams are in the treats and walk away. One nice thing about the food diary is filling in what you plan to eat for lunch or dinner (if you know). You can see how you did and if you have room for a little reward on occasion. For me, I feel rewarded each time I see I was under my calorie, carb & sugar count for a meal or a day. Keep up the good work. ...SUE
