Back on track after the Christmas Holidays.

This was a difficult week.
Too many birthdays and a wedding anniversary.
Oh well, I will make sure next week is better.

Stuck to 2000 calories per day. Not losing weight like I would like.
Even though I exercise 5 x per week I am changing my activity to seditary and dropping to 1750 per day in caloric intake

Today has been a good day so far. I have stuck to eating what I have brought.
Someone brought in donuts, someonelse brought in chocolates. I resisted both.
I need to stay positive and keep it up and plan my diner accordingly.
