In a galaxy far away, I met a infamous warrior named Luke, who said please give this message to my wise friend on the planet earth, Lotusblossom. "Fast, my dear, Fast!" lol

Ok...but I'm Trek not Wars lol. And Doctor who of course. So don't eat is what you're saying ...? Or eat less than how many calories?

I was just kind of joking, but I kind of believe in just let it flow, and find a good place. My place on this Cruise Control diet is skip breakfast, unless going out to breakfast, and then maybe almonds or
hazelnuts, for lunch, and then a great dinner of your choice. You can cheat here and there. I'm going to post something about Breakfast, not important like so many say. Good dieting to you!

"Don't give your body any fuel in the morning until you're running on fumes and your body is starving and trying to soak up any calories it can. THEN load up on fatty nuts at lunch." is probably the WORST advice I've ever heard in regards to dieting. Google "refrigerator oats" and try a few recipes to help you sustain yourself responsibly in the morning. Whole oats are full of fiber and protein, have a great Glycemic Index value, are incredibly affordable, and very versatile. Diet doesn't make you lose weight. Burning calories (Exercise!) makes you lose weight.
